Bauhaus und Textilindustrie

This publication presents the history of the Bauhaus’s significant and diverse connections to the industry in Krefeld and the Lower Rhine region. It highlights the industrial, economic and social conditions that enabled the Bauhaus, its ideas and its protagonists to be so successful as drivers of innovation and catalysts for change in this industrial sector, and to continue to exert their influence as a network and community.
